Dr. D’Ambrosio is a fellowship-trained spine surgeon specializing in minimally invasive solutions to help patients return to active lives. He emphasizes conservative, evidence-based care—physical therapy, targeted medications, and image-guided injections—and reserves surgery only when truly necessary. He works with and teaches fellows in the University of Pennsylvania Complex Spine Fellowship and orthopedic surgery residents in the Inspira Orthopedic Residency, and serves as a Clinical Associate Professor at Rowan University School of Medicine. He is also a medical consultant for Warrior Strong, a nonprofit supporting veterans and first responders through fitness, mental-wellness, and community programs.
